EXERCISE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF LOW BACK PAIN

 
 

I am a qualified level 4 personal trainer for the management of low back pain.

Back pain can be a debilitating factor in your day-to-day life. Depending on the cause, my services aim to try and help you gain back your confidence and help you make the best out of what seems like a no-end situation. 

Again, depending on what is causing your low back pain, we can work together on gaining mobility, flexibility and a better overall feel to your low back. These sessions are personalised to your specific needs as are the regular training sessions however, the intensity of the sessions is completely different; Low back pain exercise sessions are carried out in a slow and much more controlled manner and according to your level/severity of pain, making sure it is comfortable for you. 

Exercise levels and intensity vary from one person to another, according to their own specific case. 

Please be advised: there are no magic tricks and no promises. Each pain is individual and making sure we target your back pain and try to relief it by performing a range of exercises, is at the heart of these sessions.
