Service Description

This is an appointment request. Once approved you shall receive a confirmation email, as well as a separate email with a health form for you to please fill out before your initial session.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel appointments anytime. If you cancel within 12 hours before your session, a 100% of session price will be taken and you will not be refunded. In case you have a plan, you will lose 1 session.
